To compliment your Foundation Kinesiology home study program, you can come and master your skills by attending the 6 day hands on workshop on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. These workshops are held twice a year.

Note you must be enrolled on the Founation in Kinesiology online program $1995  – please see Professional Kinesiology Courses.

This course allows you to achieve a certificate from Your Body Has The Answer, meet other like-minded people and learn directly from Elizabeth Hughes.

  • Learning 15 muscle tests
  • Chakra Balancing
  • Emotional Stress Release
  • Food Sensitivity Testing
  • Using surrogate testing to be able to help babies, the elderly, animals and even distant healing techniques
  • Many energy massage corrections and acupressure holding points.

Successful completion of the assessment allows access to the Advanced Kinesiology Practitioner course, should you wish to become a professional kinesiologist.

People from all walks of life choose to study with Elizabeth Hughes. Some attend for their own personal development, some wish to help family and friends and most go on to study Advanced Kinesiology to become Professional Kinesiology Practitioners.
