Energy Reset is a new modality, combining the ancient knowledge of acupressure, sacred geometry, colour, sound and crystals. It was developed in response to the COVID19 pandemic to help remove the effects of the emotional and physical stress on people’s bodies.
Many people now have weak immune systems, mental health issues, financial stress and a lower energy level. To help combat these issues, Energy Reset aims to support people by resetting their energy field back to their divinity. Moving them from fear to love. Through chakra, meridian and aura balancing, incorporating powerful healing techniques from Kinesiology, Sacred Geometry, Tibetan Medicine and Crystal Healing, Sound and colour are the highest-level healers. All these powerful energies are included in an Energy Reset.

An Energy Reset can be given anytime a person feels the need. It is especially powerful when connected to the moon cycle. Every new moon when intention setting is high for resetting and restarting, or on a full moon when we can reset and release. It is a non-invasive therapy that is safe for everyone including children and in pregnancy
What to expect in an Energy Reset session:
Energy Reset has 3 stages: Release, Reset, Restart
Release:
You will be guided to construct an intention, based on what you want to manifest and create in your life right now.
And guided to discover and release any energy parasites which will be burnt using fire magic to transform their energy.
You will choose from one of our beautiful ancient symbols, or design your own unique symbol, to carry the frequency of your intention.
Blockages in your auric field are strategically removed and released.
Reset:
Lying comfortably, fully clothed, on a massage table holding harmoniser rods, with crystals on your body, you can fully relax while your practitioner completes the energy reset process. This involves stimulating specific acupressure points and holding special progressive kinesiology points. Your practitioner will program your intention and symbol into your energy body. You may see colours, feel tingles, and release emotions.
Restart:
Your auric field is now set at a new frequency with colour and sound.
You will receive aftercare advice to keep your vibration aligned with your intention.
