Reiki First Degree

• Our Reiki First Degree takes place in a small intimate group where Elizabeth will attune you to the beautiful Reiki energy.
• After receiving your attunement, you will be giving and receiving healing to yourself and the other participants during the workshop, which will deeply relax and nurture you.
• Reiki energy is love from the light and you will experience the energy from your hands and body in a new way that will inspire you to share with yourself and your family.
• You will receive a beautifully illustrated, full colour manual with a step-by-step guide to giving a healing.
• Reiki First Degree is designed for use with friends, family and self healing. To be a Reiki Practitioner you will need to complete Reiki Second Degree.
• Reiki First Degree is a prerequisite for Reiki Second Degree.
• Elizabeth teaches the Usui Reiki system and would love to share this powerful modality with you on our next gathering.
